In 2011, I was running an established zipper manufacturing business in Ludhiana. I knew production, I knew quality, and I knew how to work harder than the next man. What I did not know was why the harder I worked, the more the market treated me like everyone else.
That is the problem nobody warns you about. Your product improves, your effort increases, and your price still gets compared line by line with someone who cuts corners you refuse to cut. I lived inside that problem for years before I understood what it actually was.
Covid gave me the time to find out
When the market came to a standstill during Covid, I started studying marketing seriously. Not posting on social media. Studying. Course after course, book after book, applied inside my own machine business at Axis Enterprises.
The result changed how I run everything. I began selling machines at 20% above the market price, in a category where everyone else was discounting. Not because my machines suddenly became different. Because I learned how to shift the beliefs of the buyer before the sales pitch even began.
Marketing is not chasing customers. Marketing is shifting the beliefs of your customers in your favour, so they want what you sell before you ever push.
I tested it in the hardest place I could find: a 42 lakh machine, priced by the market, that I sold at 47 lakh. The buyer did not negotiate on those 5 lakh, because by the time we discussed price, price was not the thing being decided. A book I wrote about UV printing had already answered his real question, which was whether he could trust the man behind the machine.
Then I proved it on a business with no reputation
Axis had years of goodwill behind it, so I asked the harder question. Would this work on a business nobody had heard of?
In 2025 I wrote Invisible Marketing for my second business, Motivational Gifts. That book grew its sales 10x in 3 months. No reputation, no legacy customers, no discounts. The same method, starting from zero.
Then business owners started asking how. So I taught it. The first coaching batch filled. The second batch filled at a higher price. The third filled at a higher price again, with a waiting list. I have not chased a coaching customer yet, which is fitting, because not chasing is the entire point of the method.
What I believe, so you can decide if I am your kind of teacher
Through Axis Enterprises, this method has served customers including Samsonite, Liberty, Havells, FNP, and IGP, across 51+ industries Pan-India.
What I am not
I am not a guru. I do not want followers, and I am suspicious of anyone who does. I am a business owner who found something that worked, tested it on his own companies first, and can teach it in plain language to people like me: business owners with real factories, real payrolls, and no patience for theory.
If that is the kind of teacher you want, everything I teach is on this site free, and the paid rooms exist for the business owners who want it built, not just explained.
